De acordo com a Pordata, e com base nos Censos 2021, existem cerca de 348.000 imóveis disponíveis para venda ou arrendamento em Portugal. Este número parece grande, mas a verdade é que a quantidade de imóveis não é suficiente para corresponder às necessidades existentes.

Além da exigência nacional, há cada vez mais estrangeiros com interesse na aquisição de imóveis em Portugal e em Lisboa especificamente, o que justifica que 70% dos clientes da Re/Max Collection Maxgroup sejam estrangeiros. É, assim, cada vez mais importante a ajuda de um consultor especializado para acompanhar quem procura uma oportunidade.
